About the Role

The Enterprise Sales Leader is a senior commercial leader accountable for enterprise client
growth, executive relationships, and complex transformation engagements. This role owns
enterprise accounts end-to-end: from opportunity shaping and executive alignment to solution
direction and long-term expansion.


You will position Tech One as a strategic enterprise partner by leading high-value engagements
across Cloud, Modern Work, Data & AI, Security, Digital Innovation, and ERP; focusing on
measurable business outcomes, not standalone solutions.


What You Will Do:


Enterprise Growth & Executive Leadership

  • Own and grow priority enterprise accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite and
    senior stakeholders.
  • Lead executive discussions, planning sessions, and transformation initiatives aligned to
    long-term business priorities.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for enterprise clients, protecting relationships and
    account value.

Commercial Leadership & Deal Shaping

  • Shape and close complex, high-value enterprise opportunities using structured,
    outcome-driven sales approaches.
  • Elevate commercial conversations from product to value, clearly articulating ROI, risk,
    and transformation impact.
  • Partner with senior sales leadership to qualify, structure, and secure strategic
    enterprise deals.

Solution & Delivery Orchestration

  • Work closely with solution architects, delivery leaders, and PMO to ensure enterprise
    commitments are executable and commercially sound.
  • Maintain alignment between client expectations, delivery capability, and agreed
    outcomes throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Influence solution direction and portfolio focus based on enterprise demand and
    account insight.

Market Insight & Team Leadership

  • Stay closely connected to enterprise technology trends, competitive dynamics, and
    client needs to inform positioning and pursuits.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop senior enterprise sales and solution leaders, strengthening
    capability in executive engagement and complex deal management.
  • Set a performance culture grounded in accountability, sound judgment, and disciplined
    execution.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent
    strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years’ experience in enterprise sales, consulting, or solution leadership within IT
    services, cloud, or technology-driven organizations.
  • Proven track record owning large enterprise accounts and closing complex, multi
    stakeholder deals.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging C-suite and board-level stakeholders with
    credibility and authority.
  • Broad working knowledge of enterprise technology domains including Cloud, Modern
    Work, Data & AI, Security, ERP, and digital platforms.
  • Strong commercial judgment, structured thinking, and the ability to translate
    complexity into clear decisions.
  • Proven people leader with experience developing senior sales and solution talent in
    matrixed environments.
