Your Role in a Nutshell:
The Account Manager – Enterprise is responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers while also managing and growing existing high-value accounts. This role requires a hunter mentality for customer acquisition and a farmer approach for strategic account expansion. The ideal candidate will be skilled in prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship management to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
What You Will Do:
- Enterprise Customer Acquisition (Hunter Role):
- Identify and pursue new enterprise business opportunities in Tech One Global’s target industries.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Conduct outreach, presentations, and negotiations to onboard new enterprise accounts.
- Strategic Account Management (Farmer Role):
- Manage and expand relationships with existing enterprise clients, ensuring strong retention and upsell opportunities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans to drive business growth within key accounts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, aligning Tech One Global’s solutions with enterprise customer needs.
- Revenue Growth & Business Expansion:
- Drive 30% YoY revenue growth across assigned and newly acquired enterprise accounts.
- Identify and close two upsell/cross-sell opportunities per quarter for each enterprise account.
- Sales Pipeline & Operational Excellence:
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of new prospects and existing account opportunities.
- Achieve 100% CRM compliance, ensuring all sales activities and customer interactions are documented.
- Conduct a quarterly review of pipeline health and resolve any sales process bottlenecks.
- Market Influence & Thought Leadership:
- Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence.
- Engage in LinkedIn and digital marketing efforts, sharing insights and success stories to enhance Tech One Global’s positioning.
What We Look For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Sales, or a related discipline.
- Strong foundation and demonstrated success in Sales, with a significant portion of experience in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Proven track record of driving B2B revenue growth across enterprise technology solutions, ideally within Cloud Services, Business Applications, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, or Managed Services environments.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end technology solution selling, including solution positioning, value articulation, and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles aligned to customer business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and articulate technical concepts in a business-relevant manner.
- Demonstrated capability to build and sustain strategic relationships with senior executives, key stakeholders, and technology partners to support long-term business growth.
- Highly self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong bias for action and a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite for pipeline management, reporting, and executive presentations.
