About the Role

As a Jr. Specialist – Sales, Operations & Analytics, you will play a vital supporting role in enabling sales performance through operational efficiency, data accuracy, and seamless coordination across departments. Reporting to the Lead – Sales, Operations and Analytics, you will contribute to the execution of proposals, order processing, contract and accreditation management, billing integrity, reporting, and routine administrative tasks such as encoding data, updating actuals, and managing partner sharing. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in sales operations and business analytics within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 

What You Will Do

 Sales Operations Support

  • Assist in the creation, review, and timely submission of sales proposals, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with pricing and solution guidelines.
  • Support the processing of purchase orders and order loading, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to timelines.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, and Finance teams to ensure a seamless flow of deal execution and tracking.

Contract & Accreditation Management

  • Aid in the preparation and validation of client contracts to ensure completeness and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of vendor and client accreditation documentation.
  • Participate in internal audits and quarterly reviews to ensure compliance with accreditation and contract requirements.

Billing & CRM Accuracy

  • Ensure CRM billing information is up to date by validating invoice entries and corresponding proposal data.
  • Execute data audits and propose improvements to reduce errors and streamline CRM processes.

Operational Analytics & Reporting

  • Support basic reporting and data collation related to sales performance, order status, and operational KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize recurring manual tasks.
  • Take ownership of partner sharing by ensuring records are consistently updated and accurate, maintaining a reliable pipeline with Microsoft

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, IT, Analytics, or related.
  • Fresh graduates welcome. Internship, org roles, or project work in operations, reporting, or admin support is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with data and details (accurate encoding, checking documents, updating trackers).
  • Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (basic formulas, lookups, PivotTables preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal English communication.
  • Organized, coachable, and able to work with multiple teams and deadlines.
  • Exposure to CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or similar).
  • Basic reporting/dashboard tools (Power BI, Looker Studio) or basic SQL.
  • Experience supporting proposals, orders, contracts/accreditation, or billing documentation (any one area is fine).
  • Interest in process improvement or simple automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier).
