About the Role:

As a Solution Sales Professional (SSP) – ERP, you will drive net new business growth for our ERP Solution Area through consultative, value-based selling. You will own the front-end of the ERP sales cycle, from opportunity creation and qualification to solution scoping and executive positioning, working closely with Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Vendor partners to convert demand into high-quality, scalable ERP wins.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hunter environment, enjoys shaping solutions, and can translate business challenges into impactful ERP transformations.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive new ERP opportunities across target industries and customer segments
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline, ensuring strong progression and conversion
  • Co-lead campaigns, events, and go-to-market initiatives with Marketing and Vendor partners
  • Conduct discovery sessions and translate business needs into high-level ERP solutions
  • Align solution scope across key domains such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Services
  • Deliver executive-level presentations focused on business value, ROI, and transformation outcomes
  • Partner with Sales to shape deals, position solutions, and support closing
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with delivery capabilities

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5–8+ years of experience in ERP solution sales, pre-sales, or enterprise applications
  • Proven experience in net new business development or consultative selling
  • Strong understanding of ERP processes and business transformation
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Analytical, solution-oriented, and commercially aware
  • Proactive, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
