About the Role:

As a Senior Project Manager within our Portfolio Management Office, you will drive strategic excellence across our Cloud Services initiatives and lead complex, enterprise‑scale projects. You’ll champion PMO standards, manage high‑priority portfolios across Modern Work, Security, and Cloud Infrastructure, and mentor project teams to deliver exceptional results. What you’ll do:

• Lead Strategic Project Portfolio Delivery: Manage and execute high‑priority projects within the PMO portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and delivering measurable business value across cloud transformation initiatives
• Champion PMO Standards and Governance: Implement PMO methodologies, frameworks, and governance standards across projects, ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality while contributing to the evolution of PMO best practices
• Manage Enterprise Risk and Quality Assurance: Establish risk management frameworks aligned with PMO standards, proactively identify and mitigate strategic risks, and maintain rigorous quality gates throughout the project lifecycle
• Engage Executive Stakeholders: Collaborate with C‑level executives and senior stakeholders, provide transparent portfolio reporting, translate business objectives into actionable project strategies, and ensure organizational alignment
• Build Team Leadership and PMO Capabilities: Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and cross‑functional teams, building organizational project management capabilities and fostering a culture of PMO excellence and accountability
• Optimize Resources and Budgets: Manage enterprise project budgets within the portfolio, optimize resource allocation across complex programs, and ensure maximum ROI through strategic deployment and financial oversight
• Drive Organizational Excellence: Lead the maturation of project management practices, implement PMO tools and systems, and champion continuous improvement initiatives that elevate project delivery and operational excellence
• Strengthen Client Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, build long‑term strategic partnerships, and identify opportunities for expansion and value creation in cloud services

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Core Expertise: A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree highly preferred), with at least 7 years of progressive experience managing complex, enterprise‑scale projects in IT, cloud transformation, digital modernization, and infrastructure, including at least 2 years within a structured PMO environment
• Proven Delivery Track Record: Successfully delivered multiple concurrent enterprise‑scale projects on time and within scope, using established PMO frameworks and methodologies
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification required. Agile certifications (SAFe, CSM, PMI‑ACP) and cloud certifications (Microsoft Azure, AWS) are highly desirable
• PMO Frameworks: Deep understanding of PMO principles, frameworks, and governance structures, with hands‑on experience implementing and championing PMO standards
• Leadership Excellence: Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with demonstrated experience mentoring project teams and developing talent within a PMO structure
• Stakeholder Management: Advanced stakeholder management capabilities, with experience presenting to and influencing C‑suite executives and providing portfolio‑level reporting
• Business Acumen: Strategic business acumen with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value and ROI within a portfolio context
• Cloud Expertise: Deep expertise in cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure, Modern Work solutions (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint), and enterprise security frameworks
• PMO Tools Proficiency: Experience with PMO tools and systems (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, PPM platforms) and portfolio reporting and analytics
• Communication Excellence: Superior communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, honed through years of managing complex stakeholder environments in structured organizations
• Change Leadership: A proven change agent with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and building high‑performing teams in dynamic, fast‑paced environments
