About the Role:
As a Technical Delivery Engineer at Tech One Global, you will lead the implementation and configuration of business and cloud solutions that drive customer success. You’ll serve as the technical backbone of delivery engagements, ensuring seamless deployments, resolving complex issues, and producing clean, scalable documentation. Collaborating across teams, you’ll bridge delivery execution with high-impact customer outcomes.
What You Will Do:
Solution Deployment & Configuration
- Lead deployment and configuration of business or cloud solutions according to defined specifications and requirements
- Manage technical implementation timelines and proactively troubleshoot system-related issues
Stakeholder Engagement & Implementation Alignment
- Participate in client meetings to gather deployment requirements, clarify expectations, and provide implementation updates
- Collaborate across Solutions Engineering teams, project managers, and support teams to align deployment strategies with solution objectives.
Documentation, Workshops & Technical Enablement
- Create and maintain comprehensive implementation guides, technical references, and support documentation
- Conduct workshops or training sessions for clients and internal teams as needed to promote adoption and technical understanding
- Identify and resolve implementation blockers through root cause analysis and direct engagement
Continuous Learning & Delivery Excellence
- Stay updated on trends in cloud deployment, automation, infrastructure practices, and delivery frameworks
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and reusable playbooks to support delivery consistency and scalability
Here’s what you’ll need:
Technical Expertise
- Comfortable navigating delivery lifecycles: Agile, DevOps, and solution implementation frameworks
- Hands-on experience deploying cloud solutions, with a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot capabilities or any relevant cloud solutions
- Familiarity with Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts, particularly their practical applications in productivity, automation, and solution design
- Working knowledge of infrastructure and networking basics (e.g. IP addressing, subnetting, DNS)
- Proficiency in scripting or automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Terraform
- Exposure to programming fundamentals (e.g. Python, Java, JavaScript) and API integrations (RESTful services)
Soft Skills
- Skilled in client facilitation, including workshops and training sessions focused on onboarding or technical enablement
- Ability to translate complex technology concepts into clear, actionable content for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborative approach with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Credentials
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. AZ-104, MS-102, MD-102); credentials related to AI or Microsoft Copilot are a strong advantage
- 5+ years of experience in technical delivery, cloud implementation, or solution deployment roles
