Your role in a nutshell:
At Tech One Global Philippines, we’re building something more deliberate: strengthening how we engage customers, how we deliver value, and how we grow our people. As we continue to expand our presence across Cloud, Security, Data & AI, we are looking for a Key Account Manager – BFSI who will take ownership of strategic accounts and help shape how we grow within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector.
This role goes beyond traditional account management. It is designed for someone who can build long-term client relationships, navigate complex buying environments, and translate industry challenges into meaningful, solution-led outcomes.
What You’ll Own
Strategic Account Ownership & Growth
- Own and grow a portfolio of BFSI accounts, acting as the primary commercial lead and trusted advisor
- Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with client priorities, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation goals
- Build multi-threaded relationships across business and technology stakeholders
Revenue Expansion & Opportunity Creation
- Drive revenue across solution areas including Cloud (Azure), Security, Modern Work, Data & AI, and ERP
- Identify and convert upsell, cross-sell, and net-new opportunities within existing and adjacent accounts
- Maintain a healthy, qualified pipeline (targeting 3–5x coverage) to support consistent performance
Customer Engagement & Industry Alignment
- Translate BFSI-specific challenges (e.g., compliance, cybersecurity, customer experience, AI governance) into solution opportunities
- Lead structured discovery conversations and present tailored solutions aligned to business outcomes
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to track value realization, adoption, and future opportunities
Microsoft Ecosystem & Co-Sell Collaboration
- Work closely with Microsoft stakeholders and partner programs to maximize co-sell opportunities and joint customer engagements
- Position relevant Microsoft-led initiatives, workshops, and funding programs that accelerate customer adoption
Operational Excellence & Governance
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and activity logging
- Ensure alignment with internal sales governance, partner requirements, and account planning standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with solution specialists, pre-sales, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals and ensure successful execution
- Act as the bridge between client needs and internal capabilities
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or IT solutions selling
- Proven experience handling BFSI clients (banking, insurance, or financial services)
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagement
Strong Advantage
- Familiarity with Philippine regulatory landscape (e.g., BSP, AMLA, Insurance Commission, data privacy frameworks)
- Experience selling cloud, SaaS, security, or digital transformation solutions
- Exposure to Microsoft ecosystem or partner-led selling environments
- Existing network within BFSI industry
