About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Miner & Analyst to join our dynamic lead generation team. The successful candidate will play a key role in building, enriching, and maintaining accurate customer databases, collaborating closely with outbound lead generation specialists to drive strategic business growth in the IT industry. This role is vital in identifying and validating high-potential prospects through innovative data collection and analysis techniques.
What You Will Do:
Data Mining & Analysis:
- Identify, collect, and analyze data from various sources, including public records, websites, industry directories, and social media platforms, to build comprehensive customer profiles.
- Utilize advanced tools and software to extract and cleanse data for accuracy, relevance, and reliability.
- Conduct thorough market research to uncover potential prospects that align with business goals and sales targets.
Database Management:
- Create, update, and maintain a high-quality lead database with detailed customer information, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Develop and implement strategies to regularly enrich and validate data to maintain its accuracy over time.
Collaboration with Lead Generation Specialists:
- Work closely with outbound lead generation specialists to prioritize prospects, align data mining efforts with targeted campaigns, and optimize outreach strategies.
- Analyze and report on the success of data-driven lead generation initiatives and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Utilize data analytics to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to track progress, success rates, and areas for enhancement in lead generation efforts.
What We Look For:
- Proven experience in data mining, data analysis, and lead generation within the IT or related industries.
- Proficiency with data mining and analytics tools, such as SQL, Python, R, or data scraping software.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and database management tools.
- High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with sales and marketing professionals.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and a strong understanding of lead qualification processes.
