About the Role:
As a Solutions Architect – AI Business Solutions, you will be at the forefront of designing and deploying intelligent digital workspace environments that enhance productivity and enable secure collaboration. You’ll architect solutions across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and emerging AI technologies including Copilot and agentic AI systems. Your work will directly transform how organizations work, communicate, and harness the power of AI-driven automation to accelerate business outcomes.
What you’ll do:
- Solution Design & Strategy:
- Architect end-to-end digital workspace solutions using Microsoft 365, Windows 365, SharePoint Online, and Intune that support business requirements and strategic objectives
- Design Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to drive automation and analytics
- Create AI agent architectures using Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot to enable intelligent business workflows
- Define Dynamics 365 solution blueprints for Sales, Customer Service, and Finance modules
- Ensure solutions follow Zero Trust core principles and are scalable, secure, and cost-effective
- Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Collaborate with business units to refine digital workspace and automation requirements
- Translate complex AI, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Lead architecture reviews for Microsoft 365 migrations, endpoint governance, and Copilot adoption strategies
- Align digital workspace architecture with organizational productivity goals through continuous engagement
- Project Execution & Governance
- Oversee Microsoft 365 deployment lifecycles including migration, backup, and Windows upgrade projects
- Define architecture guardrails for Power Platform governance, Intune policies, and Conditional Access frameworks
- Establish quality benchmarks for SharePoint Online implementations and Universal Print deployments
- Collaborate with project managers to align digital workspace delivery timelines and mitigate technical risks
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Stay current with Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities, Agentic AI developments, and Power Platform enhancements
- Analyze digital workspace performance post-deployment and iterate for optimization
- Contribute to architecture playbooks for Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AI integration patterns
- Engage in peer reviews and mentoring to uplift team capabilities in modern workplace technologies
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Core Expertise
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft 365 ecosystem including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive
- Strong experience with Power Platform development and governance across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Intune, Intune Suite, Conditional Access, and endpoint management strategies
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agentic AI solution design
- Experience with Dynamics 365 implementation for core business processes
- Understanding of Zero Trust principles and identity protection strategies
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 architecture, migration strategies, and digital workspace design patterns
- Experience with Windows 365 Cloud PC, Windows deployment, and endpoint governance
- Ability to design and implement Universal Print and modern device management solutions
- Strong analytical skills in evaluating productivity impact and business process automation
- Soft Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences
- Effective leadership and mentorship capabilities within technical teams
- Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships across cross-functional domains
- Credentials
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus)
- Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (required)
- Additional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years in related roles focusing on digital workplace solutions
- Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API and custom integrations
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Azure Information Protection, and Microsoft Purview
- Familiarity with Microsoft Viva suite and employee experience platforms
- Understanding of Microsoft Sentinel integration for workspace security monitoring
