The AI Teammate That Finishes the Work — Not Just the Draft.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central unifies finance, supply chain, sales, and reporting on one intelligent platform — localized for Philippine tax and BIR requirements, and implemented by the country’s most-awarded Microsoft partner.
- Trusted at scale · More than half of the Fortune 500 already run Cowork
- Deployed in the Philippines by Tech One — 4× Microsoft Country Partner of the Year
Your Copilot license just stopped being an assistant — and became a teammate.
For two years, Copilot has helped your people work faster. Cowork is a different category: it takes the work off their plate entirely, runs it end to end, and hands back something finished.
Helps you do the work
- · Answers questions and drafts content, one turn at a time
- · Waits for the next prompt before doing anything else
- · Hands you a starting point you still have to finish
- · Lives in the moment — no long-running task in the background
Does the work for you
- → Runs complex, multi-step tasks from start to finish
- → Works across Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the web
- → Returns a finished deliverable, not a draft to rebuild
- → Executes in the background — and pauses for your approval
Describe the outcome. Cowork handles the steps.
You stay in control the whole way through — Cowork shows each action in the conversation, and waits for your approval before anything leaves your hands.
Cowork is the reason to put Microsoft 365 Copilot to work.
A Copilot license has always promised time back. Cowork is what turns that promise into delivered output — it’s the capability that finally makes the per-seat investment pay for itself across a whole business unit.
"Cowork doesn't replace your Copilot license. It's the reason to expand it."
Here’s the commercial model in plain terms — two layers, both worth getting right before you switch it on:
Microsoft 365 Copilot license
A per-seat Copilot subscription is required to access Cowork. This is the foundation Tech One helps you size correctly to your eligible Microsoft 365 plan.
Copilot Credits — pay for outcomes
Cowork tasks are billed by usage — USD 0.01 per Copilot Credit pay-as-you-go, or an annual prepaid plan for a lower rate. Cost scales with the model, context, tools and runtime each task uses. Tech One sets the spend controls, alerts and forecasts so adoption never outruns your budget.
Why Cowork wins where standalone AI agents stall.
Plenty of tools now claim to “act.” Cowork is the one that acts inside the systems your business already runs on — with the governance regulated industries actually require.
Native to where work lives
Multi-model, not locked in
Governance is inherited, not added
Completes work end to end
Cost-efficient by design
You stay in control
Enterprise-grade by inheritance — and it knows how you work.
For most decision-makers, the first question about any AI isn’t “what can it do?” — it’s “where does our data go?” With Cowork, the answer is simple: nowhere it shouldn’t. And because it’s grounded in your own organizational context, it’s sharper and more efficient than any general-purpose tool.
Grounded in your organizational context
Cowork grounds every task in your own emails, meetings, messages and files through Work IQ — drawing on signals across Outlook, Teams, Excel and the rest of Microsoft 365.
The result: it acts with the same understanding of your business that you bring to your own job. That means less prompting, fewer corrections, and output that already fits how your organization actually works.
→ Less prompting. Sharper output. Real efficiency.
Three things that stay true on every task
-
▣
It runs inside your existing boundaryCowork operates within Microsoft 365's security and governance boundaries. Your identity, permissions and compliance policies apply by default — not as an afterthought.
-
◎
It sees only what the person already canEvery task is scoped to data that user is already permitted to access. Cowork can't surface anything they couldn't open themselves.

It's sandboxed and fully auditableTasks run in a protected, sandboxed cloud environment. Every action and output is logged — so work progresses safely, even across devices.
Tech One’s role: we configure each of these controls to the Data Privacy Act and your regulator’s expectations — and verify your tenant’s data residency — before a single task runs.

Copilot Cowork, in plain terms
What is Copilot Cowork?
Copilot Cowork is the agentic AI experience inside Microsoft 365 Copilot. Instead of only drafting or suggesting, it runs complex, long-running, multi-step tasks from start to finish — drafting and sending emails, building Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF files, posting in Teams, managing your calendar, and searching your organization through Work IQ. It became generally available worldwide in June 2026, and you approve each action before it happens.
Do I need a license to use Copilot Cowork?
Yes. Copilot Cowork requires a Microsoft 365 Copilot per-seat license as the prerequisite. On top of that, Cowork tasks are billed through usage-based Copilot Credits — either pay-as-you-go at USD 0.01 per credit, or an annual prepaid plan with a lower per-credit rate. Tech One reviews your current Microsoft 365 plan and recommends the most cost-effective path during your readiness assessment.
How much does Copilot Cowork cost in the Philippines?
Cowork uses usage-based pricing measured in Copilot Credits. The cost of each task depends on the model used, the context it pulls in, the tools it calls, and how long it runs. Pay-as-you-go is USD 0.01 per Copilot Credit, with an annual prepaid option for a lower rate, on top of a Microsoft 365 Copilot license. Because cost scales with usage, Tech One helps you forecast and govern spend — with limits, alerts and reporting — before you switch it on.
Is Copilot Cowork compliant with the Data Privacy Act?
Copilot Cowork inherits your existing Microsoft 365 security and compliance controls — Microsoft Purview eDiscovery, data retention, sensitivity labels, audit logging and role-based access — and works only with content a user can already access. As an NPC Privacy Seal–certified partner, Tech One configures these controls and runs a governance and data-readiness review so your deployment aligns with the Data Privacy Act and regulator expectations such as the BSP. For regulated industries, verifying your tenant’s data residency setting is a required first step, not optional.
How does Copilot Cowork keep our data secure?
Cowork runs entirely within Microsoft 365’s security and governance boundaries — your identity, permissions and compliance policies apply by default. It only works with data the user can already access, it runs in a protected, sandboxed cloud environment, and every action and output is logged and auditable. Inherited controls include Microsoft Purview eDiscovery, sensitivity labels, audit logging, role-based access and Customer Lockbox. Tech One configures these to the Data Privacy Act and verifies your tenant’s data residency before deployment.
How is Cowork different from regular Copilot Chat?
Copilot Chat answers questions and drafts content turn by turn. Copilot Cowork completes work — it plans a task, executes it across your Microsoft 365 apps and the web, and returns a finished result rather than a suggestion, while keeping you in control of each step.
Which AI models does Copilot Cowork run on?
At general availability, Copilot Cowork runs on Anthropic models including Opus 4.8 and Sonnet 4.6. GPT-5.5 is available in the Frontier preview program, and Microsoft has announced Cowork 1, a fine-tuned model designed to handle everyday tasks at lower cost. You’re not locked into one model — Cowork can match the most efficient option to each task.
