BEST PEOPLE. BEST OPPORTUNITIES. BEST WORKPLACES.
Across every country we operate in, that’s what work here actually looks like; recognized by the clients we serve, the technology partners we’re built on, and Great Place to Work Certified™ by the people already inside it.
OUR PURPOSE
Tech One Global exists to lead, inspire, motivate, and empower organizations through digital transformation. We can only do that if our own people are led, inspired, motivated, and empowered first.
OUR TEAM
We’ve spent decades building AI and digital transformation solutions for organizations with their complex business problems. You’ll be joining one regional team that works as a single bench across the countries we operate in. Day to day, we have built deep expertise across the platforms that matter; As a Microsoft partner, we get first-hand access to what ships next, not what shipped last year. We’ve delivered more than 2,000 cloud projects. You’ll be adding to that number, not just reading about it in a deck.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Global IT Manager leads the delivery of reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations across multiple countries, ensuring employees everywhere have the technology, access, tools, and systems they need to work productively. The role owns the organization’s global IT operating model, spanning its Microsoft technology environment (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, endpoint management) as well as broader IT operations including infrastructure, networks, endpoint security, service management, and IT governance.
This is a leadership role that blends strategic ownership with hands-on capability. The Global IT Manager builds and leads a distributed IT team, sets standards and policies, owns vendor relationships and the IT budget, and is accountable for service performance, security posture, and compliance across regions, while remaining close enough to the technology to guide escalations, make sound architectural calls, and lead from the front when needed. Success requires strong people leadership, operational discipline, commercial judgment, and cross-cultural stakeholder management.
