BEST PEOPLE. BEST OPPORTUNITIES. BEST WORKPLACES.
Across every country we operate in, that’s what work here actually looks like; recognized by the clients we serve, the technology partners we’re built on, and Great Place to Work Certified™ by the people already inside it.
OUR PURPOSE
Tech One Global exists to lead, inspire, motivate, and empower organizations through digital transformation. We can only do that if our own people are led, inspired, motivated, and empowered first.
OUR TEAM
We’ve spent decades building AI and digital transformation solutions for organizations with their complex business problems. You’ll be joining one regional team that works as a single bench across the countries we operate in. Day to day, we have built deep expertise across the platforms that matter; As a Microsoft partner, we get first-hand access to what ships next, not what shipped last year. We’ve delivered more than 2,000 cloud projects. You’ll be adding to that number, not just reading about it in a deck.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Delivery Engineer is responsible for implementing and validating solution components as part of end-to-end System Integration (SI) delivery engagements under the Professional Services Group. This role executes approved delivery plans and technical designs produced through Solution Consulting, ensuring implementations are repeatable, scalable, and aligned with global delivery standards to support both enterprise and SMB markets.
Operating within the AIBS or CAIPS delivery pod, the Delivery Engineer contributes to the company’s GTS goal of building specialized delivery muscle while maintaining standardized execution across countries. The role is expected to practice disciplined documentation, quality controls, and cross functional collaboration to enable operational maturity and smooth transition to QA/BA and post-delivery operations where applicable.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Delivery Execution & Technical Implementation
- Implement assigned solution components following approved designs, delivery plans, and environment standards.
- Configure, deploy, and validate solution elements in collaboration with senior delivery resources, ensuring consistency and production readiness.
- Support technical troubleshooting and defect resolution during implementation and stabilization phases, escalating appropriately.
Delivery Governance, Documentation & Traceability
- Maintain delivery artifacts (configuration notes, deployment steps, implementation records, as-built documentation) using standardized templates and repositories.
- Ensure implementation tasks are traceable to requirements and agreed scope; highlight scope gaps or ambiguous requirements early.
- Support delivery reviews by presenting status updates, risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
Quality Enablement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with QA and BA teams to ensure clear testability and requirements coverage, supporting an independent governance model.
- Participate in integration validation, test support, and handover readiness activities.
- Contribute to knowledge transfer sessions and operational readiness support for post-go-live continuity.
Capability Building & Specialization (Pod Context)
- Build technical depth aligned with the assigned pod (AIBS or CAIPS), while remaining flexible for cross-pod delivery support when required.
- Use lessons learned to improve implementation patterns, checklists, and reusable delivery assets.
Continuous Improvement & Professional Discipline
- Identify delivery inefficiencies and propose improvements in tooling, automation, documentation discipline, or execution sequencing.
- Uphold professional standards for accuracy, reliability, and customer-facing execution as required.
- Build deeper specialization in the assigned solution area
- Contribute to reusable delivery assets, templates, and best practices that support scale.
Client Interaction
- Engage with client technical teams for alignment and issue resolution
- Support technical discussions, demos, and knowledge transfer
Documentation & Standards
- Maintain high-quality technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with delivery and security standards
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- At least 3–5 years of experience in technical delivery, implementation, or systems integration, including hands-on exposure to cybersecurity or the Microsoft Security stack (e.g. Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID, Purview, or Intune security).
- Working knowledge of security delivery concepts — identity and access, endpoint or cloud security, monitoring, or compliance — applied in a delivery or implementation context.
- Hands-on experience on client-facing technical projects or implementation engagements.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and technical validation skills.
- Ability to follow approved designs while identifying risks, gaps, and dependencies.
- Good communication skills and confidence working with internal and client technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a systems integrator, Microsoft partner, managed services provider, or IT consulting environment is an advantage.
- Microsoft Security certifications (e.g. SC-200, SC-300, SC-900, AZ-500) strongly preferred; broader Azure, infrastructure, or modern workplace certifications are a plus.
