Your role in a nutshell:
We are looking for a Delivery Engineer who will be part of our Global Technology Services team. This role is ideal for a technically strong, delivery-minded professional who enjoys implementing solutions, solving technical problems, collaborating with project teams, and helping clients move from design to successful deployment.
As a Delivery Engineer, you will work on systems integration and professional services engagements, implementing assigned solution components based on approved designs and delivery plans. You will help ensure that implementations are accurate, documented, validated, and ready for handover.
This is not just a technical execution role. You will also contribute to delivery quality, reusable assets, documentation standards, client readiness, and continuous improvement across our delivery practice.
What You’ll Do
- Implement and validate assigned solution components based on approved technical designs and project plans.
- Configure, deploy, test, and troubleshoot technical solutions during implementation and stabilization.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, including configuration notes, deployment records, and as-built documents.
- Work closely with Solution Architects, Delivery Leads, Project Managers, QA, BA, and Managed Services teams.
- Engage with client technical teams for alignment, issue resolution, technical walkthroughs, and knowledge transfer.
- Identify risks, dependencies, scope gaps, and implementation issues early.
- Contribute to reusable templates, checklists, and delivery assets that help improve quality and scalability.
- Build deeper specialization in your assigned solution area while supporting cross-functional delivery needs.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in technical delivery, implementation, systems integration, cloud, infrastructure, modern workplace, cybersecurity, business applications, or related IT services.
- Hands-on experience working on client-facing technical projects or implementation engagements.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and technical validation skills.
- Ability to follow approved designs while identifying risks, gaps, and dependencies.
- Good communication skills and confidence in working with internal and client technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a systems integrator, Microsoft partner, managed services provider, or IT consulting environment is an advantage.
- Microsoft, Azure, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, AI, Power Platform, or modern workplace certifications are a plus.
